Joint venture agreement regarding HybridCheckout - PSI Systems AS and PeoplePos Ltd.

 

PSI Systems AS and PeoplePos Ltd. have entered an agreement regarding a joint venture to develop HybridCheckout, which is a checkout counter solution. 

The joint venture means that PSI Systems AS and PeoplePos Ltd. will develop the HybridCheckout concept further and introduce it to the Norwegian and Swedish marketplace. The agreement leaves PSI Systems with an opportunity to get exclusive rights to sell HybridCheckout in the two countries mentioned previously. Furthermore, the agreement may give PSI Systems AS access to sell HybridCheckout to other markets worldwide.
